Terms of Sale and Delivery
General
These terms apply to distance sales of OnlySmile products from onlysmile.fi to consumers in Finland and other EU countries.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. The price of a product is the price shown on the site at the time of ordering.
- Payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and online banking.
Delivery
We deliver throughout the EU. Delivery cost and the estimated delivery time are shown before the order is confirmed.
- Delivery cost
- To Finland €5; free when the products total at least €50 excluding delivery. To other EU countries €15 regardless of the order total.
- Delivery time
- 2–4 days in Finland, 3–7 days elsewhere in the EU.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify us unambiguously, for example by email; you may use the form below.
Return the products within 14 days of your notice. We refund using the same payment method within 14 days of the notice; we may wait until we receive the return or proof of sending.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a sealed product that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. The silicone tray is such a product: once its protective packaging is opened, it cannot be returned.

- The buyer pays the cost of the return shipment.

Defects and complaints
The products are covered by the statutory liability for defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, contact us by email within a reasonable time of discovering the defect; notice within two months is always in time. Include the order number and a description of the defect.
Disputes
If a dispute cannot be settled by negotiation, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi) and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
