What data we process
This site has no analytics, no cookies and no local storage, and it does not collect personal data about your visit.
Personal data comes into being when you place an order. At payment you provide your name, delivery address, email address and, optionally, a phone number. The order also records its contents — the products, quantities and total — and a note that the terms of sale were accepted: the time, the language and the addresses of the accepted documents.
You enter this data on Stripe's payment page, and we receive it from Stripe to deliver the order, match the payment and handle customer service. Your card number never reaches us.
The payment service, Stripe
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). In processing the payment, Stripe acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy, published at stripe.com/privacy.
Klarna
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, the credit and payment decisions are made by Klarna Bank AB (publ), which is an independent data controller for those decisions and for its own service. Klarna's privacy notice is available on Klarna's site.
Legal basis for processing
Order and delivery data is processed to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Accounting records are kept under a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) and the Finnish Accounting Act).
Retention periods
Accounting records connected to orders are kept for six years from the end of the calendar year in which the financial period ended, as the Finnish Accounting Act requires. Other order data is kept only as long as handling orders and possible claims requires.
Technical logs
The site's hosting provider processes server logs, which record among other things the IP address, in order to deliver the page you requested. The logs are used only to operate and secure the service.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected, erased or its processing restricted, and to object to processing; data based on the contract you have the right to receive in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
