45 minutes at a time
One 40 ml tube lasts up to ten sessions. Spread about 4 ml of gel along the upper and lower parts of the tray, place the tray in your mouth and start the LED lamp. The lamp switches off automatically after 45 minutes.
The gel tastes of fresh mint with no chemical aftertaste. Dermatest certified, it contains less than 0.1% hydrogen peroxide, present or released.
